On-site support
Our on-site team provides resolution of problems, system modifications, and maintenance of the ALIS' meta-data as well as on-going training of your staff. The on-site team is responsible for the maintenance of the customized version of ALIS, and handles all contacts with the FIS’ Solutions’ product-center.
ALIS new releases
The ALIS Product-Center occasionally issues new releases of ALIS and distributes them to our clients. From time to time we also issue major ALIS upgrades, which include major functional and/or technical modifications that substantially increase the benefits derived from the system.
ALIS audit
FIS offers a periodical, typically semi-annual audit program. The program consists of interviews with our clients' management and the users of the software along with information gathering and analysis. Our audit team submits recommendations and suggestions for improvement.
At FIS, we move rapidly to employ our seasoned technical and domain experts to ensure we achieve our customers goals. Additionally, this first-hand contact with our customers enables us to set the priorities of the on-going product development program in line with those of our customers.
