Ron was appointed Executive Vice President of the North American operation in February 2007 and has successfully established FIS as a leading provider of software solutions to the US and Canadian Life Insurance and Annuity markets. With more than 20 years' experience in building and maintaining long lasting client/partner relationships, Ron's success is the result of consistently delivering technology solutions that exceed business benefit expectations. Prior to FIS, Ron enjoyed a successful nine-year long career with NaviSys as a member of the executive team. Previously, Ron was with ITT Industries for 16 years providing strategic systems to the U.S Department of Defense.
Nigel Gardner
Head of business development in the UK
Nigel joined FIS in 2006 and is responsible for UK and European Business Development within the FIS Management team. He works with new and existing customers, helping them to benefit from FIS products and services. Nigel has been working within the UK Life and Pensions industry for the past 20 years and brings a wealth of commercial and solution expertise gained from leading IT services and software companies focused on the insurance sector. Prior to joining FIS, Nigel spent 5 years with IBM maintaining and extending client business relationships within leading Life and Pensions companies.
Hadas Gazit
Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations
Hadas Gazit joined FIS Software as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations in April 2010, bringing more than 10 years of experience of financial operations and management in the software and IT arena.
Ms. Gazit manages FIS’ financial planning and also oversees daily operations, including the corporate functions of Human Resources and ICT, ensuring consistency across FIS’ global offices.
Prior to joining FIS, Ms. Gazit served as CFO of Magic Software Enterprises (NASDAQ: MGIC) where her focus in managing corporate financial strategy resulted in much
Previous experience also includes a senior position as CFO and member of the board of directors of Emblaze Group (LSE: BLZ), management positions at TTI International Ltd. (NASDAQ: TTIL) and a successful career with Ernst & Young as an auditor of software companies.
Hadas is a certified public accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and MBA in Finance.
